"We", "Us", "Our" refers to the team behind Event Alerts. "Service", "Services" includes the Event Alerts Discord Bot, Website, and Minecraft add-ons.
By using our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Our services are provided “As is.”
Rules of Conduct
You may not use our services to break Discord’s Terms or any applicable laws. You must meet Discord's age requirements. You may not exploit loopholes in our Terms or services to cause harm. Failure to comply may result in service termination.
Intellectual Property
All materials owned by us and used in our services are protected and must not be used without authorization.
Paid Services
We offer paid tiers called “Premium”, “Bee”, “Wasp”, or “Hornet” in our Discord server shop. You may not resell or buy these services outside of official channels.
Termination of Service
We may terminate your access to our services for violations of our Terms. You will be notified if possible. We also reserve the right to terminate all services entirely with or without notice. Refunds for active subscriptions must be handled via Discord.
